The protection of your personal data is very important to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, TKG – telecommunications act – 2003). Contact with Us

If you contact us via the form on the website or by e-mail, your stated data will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing the enquiry and for any follow-up questions. We will not pass on these data without your consent.

Data Storage

Please note that, for the purpose of a simpler purchase process and for subsequent contract processing by the operator of the online shop, the IP data of the subscriber will be stored in the context of cookies, as will the name, address and credit card number of the buyer.

Moreover, the following data will also be stored by us for the purpose of contract processing: previous order history, payment terms and delivery terms. The data provided by you are required for contract performance or for the performance of precontractual measures. Without these data we are unable to conclude the contract with you. There is no data transmission to third parties, with the exception of the transmission of credit card data to the processing banks / payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport/shipping company commissioned by us for delivery of the goods, and to our tax consultant for the fulfilment of our fiscal obligations.

The data stored by us will be erased after termination of the purchase process. If a contract is concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the end of the retention period under fiscal law (7 years). The data comprising name, address, goods purchased and purchase date will moreover be stored until expiry of product liability (10 years). The data are processed on the basis of the statutory provisions of TKG § 96 par. 3, as well as GDPR art. 6 par. 1 letter a (consent) and/or letter b (required for contract performance).

Your personal data will be transmitted via the internet after 128-bit SSL encryption. We employ technical and organisational measures to protect our website from loss, destruction, access, modification or dissemination of your data by unauthorised people. However, despite regular checking, complete protection from all risks is not possible.

Server Log Files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits automatically to us. This includes:

These data are not combined with other data sources.

This website uses Borlabs Cookie, which sets a technically necessary cookie (borlabs-cookie) to store your cookie consents. Borlabs Cookie does not process any personal data.
